Bridal Appointments & Booking Policy

We offer two types of bridal appointments. Please ensure you select the correct option when booking:

Consultation (15 minutes – Free)

For brides who are unsure what alterations are required. We will discuss options and provide a rough estimate. No fitting or pinning is carried out.

Fitting Appointment (Up to 60 minutes)

For brides who know what alterations they need and are ready to proceed with alterations. During this appointment, your dress will be fully fitted and pinned, and a detailed alterations plan will be confirmed.

Please note:

Fitting appointments are for clients who are confident they would like to go ahead with the work. A significant amount of time and expertise is dedicated to these appointments.

If you choose not to proceed after a fitting appointment, we reserve the right to introduce a fitting fee or booking deposit to cover time spent.

If you are unsure at any stage, we strongly recommend booking a consultation first

We require payment upfront for all bridal alterations, either in full or via a deposit.

For dresses requiring multiple fittings, staged payments will be taken at each appointment until the balance is settled. This ensures that the time and work completed at each stage are covered
